As you can see from the title, AVG AntiVirus FREE 2019 for Android™ gives you not only antivirus protection, but several other features as well.
It does have ads when you open the app itself.
Honestly, most Android users won't need Photo Vault, since their photos are in Google Photos, but it's a nice feature.

Avast Antivirus - Scan & Remove Virus, Cleaner

Has many of the same features as AVG, and is also ad-supported.

And let's not forget Malwarebytes Mobile Security, which you can get right from the Google Play Store.
