The Windows 7 Last Gasp Lifeline Page

Windows 7 reached End of Life on 14 January 2020.

That means that Microsoft will no longer provide any updates to Windows 7, including security updates. Unless, of course, you're paying for the Extended Security Updates program, which is only available for selected businesses and comes with a pretty hefty price tag.

So, what do you do? Well, luckily, there are some antivirus companies that have said that their antivirus and antimalware products will continue to run on Windows 7, at least for a while. Here's a list. PLEASE NOTE: we have NO guarantee how long these companies will actually support Windows 7, nor do we have any idea of how effective their protection will continue to be. If you continue to use Windows 7, or any of these products, you are most definitely on your own. We are not endoring any of these products for use with Windows 7!
